The function room, that has been recently refurbished, can be hired out for dinner & dances, wedding receptions, parties & discos.
It has a fully licensed bar and well equipped kitchen suitable for catering hot dinners.
The room is suitable for a maximum of 220 persons in a disco buffet function, or 140 persons for a seated silver service function.
Cost of hiring the venue is as follows:
Sunday to Friday – Hire of room — £250.00
Saturdays – Hire or room — £300.00
Booking deposit — £100.00 (non-refundable if the booking is cancelled or if there is damage/breakages at the function)
Use of the kitchen – is an additional charge
The price may be subject to change depending upon the type of function and the length of time the venue is needed for. ie. weddings. Price confirmation upon booking.

Sports hire facilities
Kingston rugby club has three large pitches and their use changes throughout the season. We are interested in clubs who would like to use our facilities for all sports.
September to April: Three rugby pitches are in operation
April to September: Pitches can be set up for other sports.
The club boast excellent changing facilities, all with ensuit showers / toilets including:
2 x male changing rooms
2 x female changing rooms
2 x referee changing rooms
1 x physio room
1 x disabled toilet
Costs for hiring the facilities will be upon request.
