Kingston RFC Senior Squad training takes place every Tuesday and Thursday evening at Kingston Rugby Club, 226 Hook Road, Chessington, KT9 1LP starting at 7 pm, with matches every Saturday afternoon.

Training is led by head coach Phil Clements. Sessions consist of games with small breakout skill zones, as well as player lead environments meaning any player of any level can take part and is encouraged to improve.
