We have teams across all ages, from minis to senior men and ladies sides
MENS SENIOR RUGBY
Training takes place every Tuesday & Thursday from 7pm. We have an excellent coaching setup and superb facilities including match quality floodlights to train under and a weights room.
Training takes place every Thursday 7pm to 9pm and the sessions are run by a qualified coach. Match days are Sunday afternoons.
Kingston’s new tag rugby evening takes place every Wednesday 7pm. It is a fun, sociable evening aimed for both men and ladies of all abilities. Non-members welcome.
MINI & JUNIOR RUGBY
The minis and Juniors meet every Sunday, training from 10am to noon. The season runs from September to the end of April. All our coaches are RFU trained.
