Senior pre-season training started 2nd July - It takes place every Monday & Wednesday 7:30pm through the summer.

Please get in touch or turn up on the night. All standards welcome.

WEIGHTS ROOM

Senior players are free to access the weights room at any time. The senior players often organise fitness and weights sessions after work, so don't pay for expensive gym membership... join Kingston Rugby Club and train with your team mates.

Training is led by head coach Gabriel Turner. Sessions consist of games with small breakout skill zones, as well as player lead environments meaning any player of any level can take part and is encouraged to improve.

Kingston RFC Senior Squad training takes place every Wednesday evening at Kingston Rugby Club, Hook Road, Chessington, KT9 1LP starting at 7:30pm, with matches every Saturday afternoon.
